How to answer it
Do NOT send a lump-sum subcontractor bid. Itemize material and labor separately and keep the specialty trade on its own category, because a carrier guideline on file prohibits entering a sub-bid as a single line item where a software line item exists and accepts one only when it is itemized for material and labor (Citizens Property Insurance, 2023 Best Claims Practices and Estimating Guidelines, p. 28) — a lump-sum invoice hands over the rejection instead of answering it. Support the trade with the licensing requirement. On satellite dishes expect recalibration and alignment to be refused as normally unnecessary (same guidelines, p. 25): claim the detach and reset itself, and raise realignment only where the mount cannot go back in the same location.

Detaching and resetting this equipment is a separate scope performed by the trade that owns it, and it is not part of the roofing labor.
