What a file costs
$19.99 per file. No subscription, no monthly minimum, and every feature is included at that price. Your first file is free — you see the whole thing before you pay for anything.
When we refund
- The package did not build, or it built wrong — full refund, no questions.
- You paid twice for the same file — full refund.
- You looked at the package and it was not worth it to you — ask within 30 days and we refund it.
What we cannot refund is the carrier's decision. If the package was written and you sent it and the carrier said no, that is the business we are all in — the product did its job, and the first file being free is there so you can judge that before you spend anything.
How to ask
Write to us with the claim number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days.
