What this is
ScopeQueue reads a carrier estimate and your roof photographs and drafts a supplement package: a cover letter, an itemised list with a written reason for each item, and a photo log. You review every item and decide what goes in. Nothing is sent to a carrier by us — you send it, under your own name.
Whose document this is
- The package is your own scope of work and your own bid. It goes out under your company name, and you decide what is in it.
- We never contact your carrier. Nothing leaves this app on its own — you send it.
- We do not act for the property owner, we do not negotiate, and our fee is a flat charge per file that has nothing to do with what the carrier pays.
- Nothing here interprets a policy or tells anyone what is covered. The documents work from what is on the roof and what the building code requires.
What this is not
- It is not legal advice and it is not insurance advice.
- It does not decide what a carrier will pay, and it does not promise an outcome.
- It does not read your carrier's policy or tell you what your policy covers.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any carrier or any estimating software vendor.
Your side
- The documents are yours. They go out under your company name, and you are responsible for what you send.
- Check every item before you approve it. The product asks you to, and there is no bulk approve, on purpose.
- Upload only files you are allowed to upload, and keep the identifiers listed in the privacy policy out of them.
- You need a company name on file before a package can be written, because your name is printed on it.
Our side
- We keep your files available to your account and to nobody else's.
- We tell you when something failed rather than handing you a half-written package.
- We tell you which photographs were read and which were not.
Limits
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us for the file in question.
